PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The 16-acre West Campus Student Village is part of a multi-phase undertaking by the University of Washington to modernize their student housing on campus and improve the residential experience of their students. Seneca managed the planning, entitlements, and design portion of the first phase. This development consists of several mixed-use buildings covering four city blocks, providing housing for 1,650 students.
