Meta’s rapid expansion in the Greater Seattle area led to the development of a modern campus consisting of both leased and owned assets. Seneca Group managed 8 projects, totaling approximately 2 million square feet, including build-to-suit developments and first and second-generation tenant improvements (TIs).

Seneca provided comprehensive services from lease and acquisition support to design and construction through occupancy, ensuring each phase was executed efficiently and aligned with Meta’s vision for a dynamic, flexible workspace.
