PROJECT DESCRIPTION

First-generation tenant improvement of a 42-story tower in downtown Bellevue with first phase delivered to the client in Q3 2023. This initial phase is comprised of 13 floors of typical office program and five floors of unique amenity spaces (over 400,00 RSF) including multiple food service offerings, meeting spaces, various hospitality-focused gathering areas, and expansive terraces with ample seating and heated pergolas. Project construction continues on the remaining floors with an expected total 968,000 RSF of tenant space once completed in 2025. Certified LEED Gold.
