PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seneca Group was selected to manage the planning, design, and construction of the new 350-seat Healy Chapel & Theater, PACCAR Commons and Lee Family Fine Arts Center. While the Commons provides a gathering space for students as well as a new administrative area, the Fine Arts Center includes classrooms for choir, band, art and photography. The Chapel/Theater serves both as a liturgical space for the school and community as well as a performance arts center for the arts and drama programs at Seattle Preparatory School.
