PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Seneca Group was selected to manage construction of a second generation build-out for NBC Universal to allow a move of their operations to downtown Seattle. The project consisted of a single floor of offices totaling 23,700 SF, and included a newsroom, website operations center, and pantry/lunchroom.
