PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Greenfire Campus is a mixed-use project located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The campus includes a five-story apartment building with 18 homes; a four-story, 18,000-square-foot office building with retail on the ground floor; and 32 total underground parking spaces. The Greenfire Campus takes sustainability to a new level by combining sensible conservation with sustainable ecological practices - creating an urban ecosystem. The Seneca Group was brought in by the owner to manage the design and construction of the project.
