




PROJECT DESCRIPTION
An iconic centerpiece of Amazon's urban campus, The Spheres offer employees an escape from their typical office environment to think and work differently within a plant rich environment. Seneca Group provided development management services for the planning, design, and construction of The Spheres, the largest up to 130-ft in diameter, housing over 400 species of trees and plants from all over the world. With over 55,000 sqft of flexible amenity, retail, and meeting area over 5 stories, The Spheres will accommodate more than 800 people at a time.
