PROJECT DESCRIPTION

505 Union Station is located between Pioneer Square and the International District, requiring careful bureaucratic management and approval by both of their respective review boards. Seneca Group represented the Owner's interest in the development and construction of this 300,000-square foot office building over an existing parking garage. Following construction, the owner occupied 40% of the building and leased the balance of the building to office and retail tenants. Seneca oversaw leasing activities on behalf of the owner and managed non-owner Tenant Improvements.
