Todd specializes in building dynamic project teams on large, complex projects and partnering with local governments to delivery sustainable, legacy projects for his clients and the community. He currently leads the team responsible for the land use approvals associated with Amazon’s headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, which includes 5 new office buildings and over 5 acres of new and renovated public open space. Todd has worked on projects for Amazon, Mary’s Place and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Todd graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Arts in Sociology. He earned his MBA from the University of Arizona where he concentrated in real estate development.
Todd is a Board Member on the Seattle Center Foundation, the Chair of the Seattle Center Advisory Commission, and a volunteer with the Mary’s Place Real Estate & Facilities Committee.
