Rishi Beri

Associate Principal

Rishi Beri joined Seneca in 2016 bringing more than 15 years of construction and development experience in the Seattle and Portland area. He is currently part of the Seneca team that is responsible for developing over 4 million square feet of Class A office space within the Seattle Denny Triangle neighborhood. Prior to Seneca, Rishi was a project manager at Turner Construction, delivering projects for clients such as Fred Hutchinson, UW Medicine and Seattle Seahawks.

Rishi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
