Petra Moran

Development Manager

Petra joined Seneca Group in 2024 and brings 10+ years of design and construction management experience including industrial and advanced manufacturing, corporate office and retail TI, design-build MEP, and secure data facilities. She is a meticulous manager of budgets, schedule, vendor selection and AHJ coordination. While at JLL Project & Development Services, she led the design and construction process for multiple concurrent projects at various stages of development as well as providing transaction support and feasibility services. While at Howard S. Wright, she held both project engineer and PM roles for TI projects including full-building class A offices.

Petra holds a BScE in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Ontario, CAN. She is a certified DBIA Associate and a Camp buildHER volunteer.
