Petra Moran

Development Manager (UK)

Based in London, Petra joined Seneca Group in 2024 and brings over a decade of experience in design and construction management across sectors including industrial and advanced manufacturing, corporate office and retail tenant improvements, design-build MEP, and secure data facilities. Petra supports Seneca Group’s growing UK presence, leading the design and construction aspects of our projects as part of our integrated planning, project management and delivery efforts. She is known for her precise management of budgets, schedules, vendor selection, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction.

Before joining Seneca Group, Petra led multiple concurrent projects at JLL Project & Development Services, overseeing all phases from feasibility through delivery. Earlier in her career at Howard S. Wright, she served as both Project Engineer and Project Manager on large-scale tenant improvement projects, including full-building Class A offices. Petra holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. She is a certified DBIA Associate and an active Camp buildHER volunteer.
