Peter Clark

LEED® AP, Development Manager

Peter is part of the Seneca team responsible for developing over 4 million square feet of office space for Amazon as part of the HQ2 project in Northern Virginia.

Prior to joining Seneca, Peter was Director of Construction Management for JBG Smith and its predecessor company, Vornado/Charles E. Smith, where he managed tenant improvements, capital expenditures, and repositioned projects for the Washington DC portfolio. Peter has prior experience working as a Project Manager for a DC area general contractor, James G. Davis Construction.

Peter holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has completed the USACE / NAVFAC - Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate.
