Peta Black

Development Manager

Peta is part of the Seneca team responsible for the development of over 4 million square feet of office space for Amazon as part of the HQ2 project in Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Seneca, Peta was a Construction Manager for Ingleside Retirement Communities and spent more than 8 years as a general contractor with Skanska USA Building, delivering projects in the government, K-12 and higher education sectors.

Peta holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
