Oscar joined Seneca Group in 2025 and is focused on projects for our West Coast corporate clients. Prior to joining us, he worked 10+ years in project management for multiple construction firms based in Seattle. He has managed commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, and high-end residential construction projects. He skillfully develops budgets from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents. He has extensive experience estimating, managing and overseeing project financials and providing accurate cost projections.

Oscar holds a BS in Construction Management from University of Washington.
