Nick Diede

Principal

As a Principal at Seneca Group, Nick provides leadership and strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients. His project experience spans a broad spectrum of market sectors including commercial office, R&D, mission critical facilities, education, healthcare, and hospitality. He has led projects for clients such as Meta, Amazon, Alaska Airlines, F5 Networks, Expedia, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Tommy Bahama.

Nick’s project management experience includes core and shell construction, tenant improvements and adaptive reuse, with scale ranging from large portfolios and campuses to specialized smaller-scale buildouts. In additional to project management, Nick offers his client strategic support in leasing and acquisitions, consolidations, workplace evolution initiatives, organizational structure and reporting, and project delivery strategies.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
