Nate White

Development Manager

Nate joined Seneca Group in 2021 as a key member of the development team overseeing the design, construction and delivery of over 2M SF of Class A office space for Amazon HQ2 development. He transitioned to The Johns Hopkins University and Medical Center in 2024 as a Sr. Design & Construction Project Manager to manage real estate development projects in the 6M SF owned and leased assets. For six years, he served in technical architect roles at Hickock Cole and bKL Architecture in Chicago and Washington, DC, managing projects from the design phase through execution. Nate returned to Seneca Group in 2025 to manage development of high-profile corporate projects.

Nate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska and a Master's of Architecture from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. Nate is a member of the AIA and NAIOP.
