Michael Townsend

Development Manager

Michael's responsibilities are diverse, including the delivery of multiple tenant improvement projects in Seattle as well as a large, out-of-state civil project. His professional career began as a structural engineer for Coughlin Porter Lundeen and KPFF Consulting Engineers. Michael also worked as a General Contractor on multiple high-end residential projects, resorts, and commercial buildings.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
