Michael Gottlieb

Development Manager

Michael joined Seneca Group in 2024 and is focused on projects for our corporate clients. Prior to joining us, he worked 6 years for Aegis Living, overseeing the development of new assisted living/memory care facilities throughout WA and CA. Michael worked 4 years as a civil design engineer for Magnusson Klemenic Associates, supporting a broad range of architectural and landscape-based projects across the world.

Michael holds a BS in Civil Engineering from New York University and a BS in Political Science from University of Washington.
