Meagan Renzi

Associate Principal

Meagan is part of the Seneca team responsible for developing over 4 million square feet of Class A office and retail space in downtown Seattle and a 2.8-million-square-foot development in Northern Virginia for Amazon. Prior to joining Seneca, she was a Project Manager for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a commercial real estate services firm in the Washington, DC, area with a special focus on associations and non-profit tenant improvement projects. She began her professional career working as a General Contractor on multiple high-end tenant improvement projects in Washington, DC.

Meagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
