Development Manager

Matt is responsible for delivering multiple tenant improvement projects in Seattle, with a primary focus on commercial office spaces for clients such as Amazon. Prior to joining Seneca, he was a Project Manager for Clark Construction, a General Contractor in the Washington, DC area with a special focus on historical renovations and preconstruction services.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. He is an accredited LEED Green Associate.
