Kyle is, or was, a member of teams responsible for the delivery of projects to Seneca clients including including f5 Networks, BECU, Space Needle, Cedarbrook Lodge, the Museum of History and Industry, and Amazon.com. Prior to joining Seneca Group in 2010, he worked in the general contracting field on a variety of projects, including FAO Schwarz's flagship renovation and The New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City.
Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, studying physics and philosophy. He has received his LEED accreditation, as well as his certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
