Ian Fisher

CEM, LEED® AP, PE, Development Manager,

Ian is part of the Seneca team responsible for development of over 4 million square feet of office space for Amazon as part of the HQ2 project in Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Seneca, Ian worked as a Senior Development Manager for FD Stonewater, a commercial real estate firm, leading commercial real estate development and redevelopment efforts.

Ian holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland. He is a certified Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), LEED AP accredited and Certified Energy Manager (CEM), as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
