Connor Sheen

Development Manager

Connor joined the Seneca Group Team in 2025, bringing nearly 10 years of design, engineering and construction experience managing ground-up and interior buildout projects in corporate office, life science, lab, education, healthcare, and energy (utility solar power) sectors. His clients consider him integral to successful delivery of their projects and value his ability to collaborate with projects partners and resolve issues smoothly. While at JLL Project Development & Services, he was a Project Manager assisting a wide range of clients throughout the project lifecycle from initial conception through design, construction, and occupancy. While at M.A. Mortenson, Connor led, coached and mentored teams of engineers as well as enclosure, interior finish, and medical equipment teams. He has also worked on a Level 4 biosecurity research facility and multiple utility facilities across the country.

He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
