Claudia Kakareka

Claudia joined Seneca Group in 2026 as a Development Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience executing and leading workplace construction projects. She has a broad range of experience spanning both architectural and client representative roles across law, technology, industrial, nonprofit and professional services sectors. She has expertise in real estate strategy, due diligence, feasibility planning and leading multi-disciplinary teams. She is skilled in problem solving, process optimization and cultivating strong client relationships.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Claudia served as Design Manager at Gensler where she spearheaded multidisciplinary teams delivering workplace interiors. Her work included close coordination of lease compliance, schedules, budgets and executive-level stakeholder communication for clients such as Bloomberg, Sodexo, GEICO and Cadwalader. She also held senior leadership roles at Cresa, The Ezra Company and Callison RTKL, partnering closely with brokers, landlords, consultants and clients to drive cost-effective, efficient workplace solutions – often across remote teams and challenging market conditions.

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from George Washington University. She is an NCIDQ-certified and licensed Interior Designer in DC and VA, LEED ID+C certified.
