Chris Kaloper

Associate Principal

Chris is responsible for managing corporate real estate development projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for clients such as Alaska Airlines, Nordstrom, and Amazon. Prior to joining Seneca, Chris worked as a project manager for Sellen Construction in Seattle and has over 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University as well as a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. He is a LEED accredited professional and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP.
