Seneca Group has been involved with the ACE Mentor Program of Washington for years to provide local high school students opportunities to explore the AEC industry and provide scholarships for rising college freshmen. This year, more than 370 students participated in the program and 6 Seneca Group members provided mentorship! A big thank you to Marks Brewbaker, Michelle Wilkinson, Mike Moriarty, Blair Greenberg, Robyn Gordon, and Nicky Kamemoto for their participation. Additionally, Deb Hudacek, Principal Emeritus at Seneca Group is currently the Vice President of the ACE Mentor Program of Washington.
We are happy to support such a strong student scholarship program, with the Washington chapter being able to award more than $1.5M since its inception in 2001. This year, the Seneca Group scholarship recipient was Brooke VanRavenswaay, who will be attending the University of Colorado to study environmental design with an emphasis in architecture. Congratulations to Brooke and the other recipients, are excited to see what all the recipients will achieve, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with ACE!
