We’re thrilled to congratulate Emily Evenson on her recent appointment as Co-Chair of the NAIOP Washington State Sustainable Development Committee. This well-deserved recognition reflects Emily’s long-standing dedication to sustainable development—a passion she has championed since the early years of her career.
In addition to her new leadership role, Emily will be moderating NAIOP’s upcoming “Change Makers: Adaptive Reuse” panel on August 21, 2025. The event was recently highlighted in the July 31 edition of the Daily Journal of Commerce, which noted that the panel will be held at BNBuilders’ new headquarters—a standout example of adaptive reuse in action.
The panel will feature industry leaders exploring how existing buildings are being transformed into innovative, sustainable spaces, offering bold perspectives on the future of urban design and development.
We’re proud to see Emily at the forefront of these important conversations and shaping a more sustainable built environment. Congratulations, Emily!
