Amy Worthington, Associate Principal Amy joined Seneca Group in 2007, after more than 8 years as a Principal at Kinzer Real Estate Services where she focused on site selection, acquisition, disposition, lease negotiations, master planning for complex transitions, and advising clients on strategic real estate planning and complex transaction analysis and implementation. After 15 plus years of real estate experience, she has completed transactions representing more than 10 million square feet. At Seneca Group, Amy continues to provide advisory services to complex development transactions and furthers the equity initiatives of the company with a focus on local area, long-term investment opportunities. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Community and Regional Planning. She is a current board member and on the Executive Committee of Jubilee Women’s Center and a past chairperson of the City of Newcastle Planning Commission. In addition, she serves on the Smart Growth Committee of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). |
