Mike Stanley, Principal With Seneca Group since 1998 and Principal since 2004, Mike has garnered expertise in nearly all of Seneca’s service sectors, including tenant improvement, commercial, medical/life science and civic projects, with a focus on complex projects with unusual requirements. His projects include work for the Mariners, Microsoft, Expedia, Getty Images, PATH, the Museum of History and Industry, and the University of Washington. A graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy, Mike spent 12 years managing the planning, design and delivery of key operational facilities on both coasts. A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington, Michael also earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth College. Mike holds the rank of Commander (Retired) of the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, is a member of NAIOP and a former board member of the Maritime Heritage Foundation. An active member of his community, Michael is currently a Cubmaster for a vibrant pack of scouts in Magnolia and recently completed his sixth year of coaching in both the Magnolia Little League and Magnolia Soccer Club. |
