Peter McAuliffe, Associate Principal Peter came to Seneca from the construction management field where he helped clients such as Bank of America, University Book Store, and the Seattle School District complete tenant improvement and new construction projects. A Development Manager at Seneca since January of 2006, his projects include work for Horizon House, Darigold, Expedia, St. Thomas School, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In addition to these projects, he also recently completed a high-end, single-family residence. Peter has a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Carleton College and certificates in both Construction Management and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. Peter enjoys playing soccer, hiking, canoeing, and spending time with his wife and two sons. |
