Laura Lohman, Principal Laura has nearly 20 years' experience providing a broad range of services to the real estate industry in the northwest, including development management, asset management, urban planning, project valuation, feasibility studies acquisition/disposition analysis, and strategic advisory services. With Seneca Group since 2005, her projects include work for University of Washington, Starbucks, Port of Seattle, Boeing Realty Corporation and Portland Development Commission. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Laura was a Vice President at Heartland, where she focused on the development and expansion of the company's real estate advisory services business, and at Kinzer Real Estate Services, focusing on transaction work. She holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Finance from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelors Degree in Art & Architectural History also from UVa. She is a Boardmember of MetroCenter YMCA, serves on the Smart Growth Committee of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Laura is a long distance runner with a committed yoga practice, and lives on Queen Anne with her husband, two boys and their Rhodesian ridgeback. |
