Michael Hassenger, Principal Mike focuses on real estate advisory services including strategy formulation, acquisition, disposition, feasibility and entitlements. He has led assignments for numerous Seneca clients including Northwest Hospital, First United Methodist Church, C.D. Stimson Co., and the City of Seattle. Mike’s prior experience includes twelve years in commercial property development and land entitlement. He also taught real estate development and investment analysis at the University of Washington. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Wyoming. Mike is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). |
