Jeff Giuzio, Associate Principal Jeff joined Seneca Group in 2005, relocating from Portland where he worked for a national healthcare development firm and major general contractors with a healthcare focus. Assignments at Seneca Group include Seattle Children’s first remote ambulatory surgical facility in Bellevue, Washington; a surgical suite and mechanical system renovation project for Northwest Hospital, and a 19-story tower addition to Horizon House, a continuing care retirement community in Seattle. Jeff’s prior experience includes project entitlement, master planning, strategic planning and development for a healthcare organization and construction project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University. Jeff is a northwest leader in managing the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process. He has managed one of the only projects in the northwest using an Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) where the owner, contractor and architect have executed one agreement in which risk/reward are shared within the development. Managing the IPD process has resulted in heightened collaboration among the stakeholders and unprecedented value to the client. |
