David Victor

Board Chair

David co-founded the Seneca Group in 1992.

David’s career in real estate began with his decision in 1981 to join Seattle-based developer, Wright Runstad & Company. In his 11 years there, he became a Principal and owner of the firm, overseeing the development of several of the firm’s projects, including Microsoft’s headquarters. Prior to Wright Runstad & Company, he worked at Bain & Company.

David earned an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.

David is Board Chair of the Seattle Children's Foundation, a Trustee of Lakeside School, as well as a former member of the Seattle Parks Foundation's Board of Directors and the Trust for Public Land’s Washington Advisory Board.
