Caroline Schuman, Development Manager
Caroline is a development manager passionate about process design management to build strong relationships and promote collaborative teams. She is an architect with over 17 years of experience as a client and project manager for a broad range of project types such as corporate tenant improvements, hospitality resorts, mixed-use housing, civic courthouses, residential, and historic preservation.
Caroline joined Seneca in July 2013 and is currently working with the Museum of Flight. Prior to joining Seneca, she was a project manager at NBBJ and Mithun in Seattle. Caroline’s knowledge of the design and construction processes, from entitlements through to construction completion, provide a framework for the successful delivery of projects to suit the Client’s needs.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University, she is a registered architect in the State of Washington, member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a LEED® Accredited Professional BD+C. She has interest in environmental organizations and is a past board member for EarthCorps and selection committee for EarthShare of WA.
Activities outside the office include ultra-distance-trail-running, hot yoga, triathlons, skate skiing and time with her family in Queen Anne.
