PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Headquarters site, which spans 12 acres adjacent to the Seattle Center, received the first Major Phased Development permit in the city of Seattle for a commercial project. The Seneca Group managed this entitlement process and subsequently managed the development of the parking garage, headquarter building, tenant improvements, exhibit design, and Visitor Center (now Discovery Center).
