Changes at Seneca [December 16, 2009] We would like to tell you about some exciting changes and promotions within the company that will take place January 1, 2010. David Victor's role remains the same. As Managing Director, he will continue to provide leadership to the firm. Craig has been a Project Manager at Seneca Group since 2003. His current and past clients include Amazon.com, Expedia, Museum of Flight, Moss Adams, Christensen O’Connor Johnson Kindness, Piper Jaffray and PATH. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona. Laura has been at Seneca Group since 2005. Her clients include University of Washington, Starbucks, Port of Seattle, Boeing Realty Corporation, and Portland Development Commission. She holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Finance from the University of Virginia. Also, two members of the firm, Amy Worthington and Jeff Giuzio, will become shareholders, joining the firm’s 13 existing shareholders. We are thrilled to be able to build a strong team from within our own ranks at Seneca Group that will carry the company forward for the next twenty years. We believe that Seneca Group’s strength lies not only in the legacy of projects and relationships it has built over the years, but especially in the integrity and depth of talent of our entire team. |
